The illustration shows an indigenous woman's silhouette composed of elements of nature. She stands empowered, confronting the impact of the extractive industries in her ancestral territories.

This project exposes the situation of the rights of women, girls and adolescents in the Americas, to eradicate violence and discrimination against them. The illustrations show an ideal situation in which women are free from violence, maybe dancing, maybe flying.

This report gives a voice to the missing and murdered indigenous women in British Columbia, Canada. Relatives and friends of the victims made cloth dolls dressed in their usual clothes to claim their rights. This cover shows those dolls, partly missing, partly erased, to talk about their absences.
