Police Violence Against Afro-descendants in the United States, IACHR
ART DIRECTOR 2018
This report exposes the frequent use of force based on a racial bias that tends to result in the killings of African Americans. In this visual art there is a tombstone which is also a shooting target, the same one that police use for shooting training. The hands are trying to stop the bullets.
