GRAPHIC DESIGNER | UI DESIGNER
The Association needed to update its institutional image to align with modern communication practices and become more accessible to employees. The new logo was designed through active listening to the committee members, who shared their insights on what the Association represents to employees and their vision for its future identity. In addition, a variety of graphic materials were developed, including a newsletter, brochure, printed stands, stationery, and a website.
The website was built using WordPress, with the design adapted to the features of the chosen template. It includes a public section and a private section exclusively for employees, providing access to detailed information. The layouts were designed with a focus on readability and ease of use, highlighting the Association's activities and fostering member engagement.
The core concept of this identity emphasizes creating a space where everyone has a voice, all individuals are equal yet unique, and the atmosphere promotes support and camaraderie. The graphic inspiration comes from the Museo de las Américas of the OAS, which features a hall adorned with blue tiles influenced by Aztec and Inca art. These tiles represent people—each one unique and with a voice—coming together in a unifying circle.
